New Beginnings
As I enter my 60’s, I am mindful life is filled with new beginnings. For most of my career, I have worked in specialty food sales and marketing and recently decided to trade in my spreadsheets for spatulas! Now with an empty nest at home, making confections has become my new passion.
Chocolate Creations – Early On
For several years, I simply enjoyed making chocolate treats for social gatherings. I had no formal training and making chocolates was just a hobby to keep my creative juices flowing. I especially enjoyed making chocolate novelties as it brought praises from friends and family.
Chocolate Creations – Present & Future
Looking to raise the bar, I became formally trained and received specialty chocolate certification. Learning the science behind the tempering method with high quality couvertures has helped improve my product offering as I look to expand into a more premium chocolate experience.
